Fox Chubby Shad Lures

Predators just cannot resist the tantalising movement and vibration of these rubber bodied lures mounted on a weighted jig head with a super strong chemically sharpened Mustad hook. Featuring holographic paint sprayed heads and 3D laser eyes, Chubby Shads are so soft and durable, once the fish grab them they tend not to let go. Available in 4 sizes and six colours, the larger ones are ideal for pike, catfish and large zander whilst the smaller ones are ideal for perch and zander. In cold water conditions inch the Chubby Shad along the bottom by gently lifting the rod top a few inches raising the lure off the bottom, then allow it to fall which creates a banging sound as it creeps along the lake or river bed, this will inevitably result in a firm but delicate bite. More aggressive takes can be expected in warmer conditions and for best results work the lure with short upward sweeps of the rod tip. Each pack contains one lure plus one spare body
